The employee went to the back and spoke with what seemed to be one of the female owners. When she returned, she yelled, "Regular oil!" I politely replied, "Ma'am, there’s really no such thing as regular oil. Is it corn, vegetable, or avocado oil?" Once again, she shouted, "Regular oil!" It became clear to me that they were using a cheap and unhealthy oil, which ultimately led me to stop going to Pasha altogether. If you're looking for healthy food, this is not the place for you.
I deeply crave Shawarma/Doner Kebab, it's the food I miss most from travel. I went to every place that advertises Gyro/Shawarma in the Lindenhurst area and this is the best one/the one that scratches the Doner Kebab itch the best. Juicy meat on delicious bread! They sell out, so go for Lunch not dinner. (If I could've gotten fries and garlic sauce or hot sauce on the Gyro it would've made it perfect. But it was delicious as is!

Best gyro and chicken Adana you can eat in Long Island! You can have as portion or a rap and both are Super delicious. !!!
