I had the pleasure of dining at Pasha last Friday with my family, including two small children. The decor was stunning, and we were promptly greeted and seated by the host. Our waiter brought out complimentary bread before we even ordered our appetizers. We tried the hummus with ground beef, paired with the highly recommended mint lemonade. The turnaround from ordering to the arrival of our appetizers was quick. For our main courses, we opted for the Pasha mixed grill and the shawarma dish—plenty of food for the family! The food was fantastic. For appetizers, we ordered Baba Ghanoush, Labne, and Mouhamara, all of which offered unique flavors and beautiful presentations—definitely not the standard cookie-cutter dishes you find elsewhere. For our main courses, we tried the Kufta Kebab, Pasha Mix Grill, Lamb Chops, and Moujadara. Once again, the presentation was striking, and the portion sizes were generous. The Shish Kebabs (made with filet mignon) and lamb hot dogs were absolutely to die for! They were cooked perfectly, tender, and marinated to perfection, allowing the natural flavors to shine without excessive salt or spices.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family night out or a gathering with friends. The lamb chops were cooked to a perfect medium and were very flavorful. The Bulgarian rice was delightful and not overly seasoned. I also tried the shawarma platter, which was delicious, juicy, and tender. The pita bread with the sauce was addictive as we waited for our ducks. I left feeling very satisfied. The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous. As a visitor to Dallas, I'm pleasantly surprised to see that Jersey still has so much to offer.
Had the immense pleasure of being invited to the soft opening for Pasha in Franklin Park! Blown away by the hospitality, smitten by the ambiance, and truly impressed with the food! Great restaurant and delicious food! The staff was very friendly and the whole food was brought out in time. The Pasha Mix Grill, Borak and her oh so perfect garlic sauce hit the point. Wonderful family restaurant, date night place and ladies/Gottes night place! Can't wait to go back!
The ambiance and decor are great, the food is extremely tasty and service is wonderful. Our waitress Sarah was so helpful and caring. I definitely recommend taking the whole family for a nice family dinner to this restaurant!
Amazing food. Fantastic ambience. You’ve gotta try the Mediterranean garlic wings. The garlic butter sauce adds a decadent dimension to all the succulent dishes. Can’t wait to go back!
