I've been coming here once a week for over 4 years now and the quality remains high consistently. I've tried all the others nearby and they never quite come up to scratch. The best reflection on the quality of the food here is that it's always full of Vietnamese customers and that is a good advertisement. I usually always get pho tai and the meat is tender, lean, and paper thin. The broth has good flavour and although it is sometimes a bit fatty, most of the time it's perfect. The grilled beef and rice is beautiful: delicious flavours, tender meat, and incredible chicken broth. Staff are very warm and friendly and always take the time to talk with me for a few minutes.

I've been frequenting this restaurant over the better part of 15 or so years and it has always been my go-to whenever I had a craving for pho.Everyone used to (or still) raves about Pho An around the corner, but Pasteur was always my preference as I found the soup tastier. There have been a few changes over the years (management, portion sizes, prices, etc) but in my opinion, it's still the best pho in Sydney (but nowadays just barely).Try it out if you're in the area!

I have been here three times, twice thanks to Bankstown Bites (an annual food tour sponsored by the Bankstown Council) and once with a friend. And each time I've eaten food that I would consider average. The laksa is too heavy to start with, I think they put too much coconut milk. Their pho I find pretty bland. Their fried rice is very ordinary.

Tried here today instead of Pho An as i got a park out the front.Wow lovely sweet salty broth and beautifully thin quality meat for the pho.I also got Gui cuon which was an awesome sized serving and the best peanut sauce with chilli and fresh peanuts. Nice noodle house set up and this place rocks! Great find.Lovely family business. I took photos Réservez une table maintenant

We use to dine here quite often as the food was clean fresh and tasty. Under new management, the food has declined in standard, the portions are smaller (less meat/seafood in the dishes). What a shame.

This restaurant has been here for ages, new owners in the past, however the food is consistent. Have been very happy to share a meal with friends or family here. A great place to bring a family.
