Your version of Chicago Deep Court Pizza, is not terrible, but not even near a real one. The crust: much different, not a butter crust that melts in your mouth, but simply formulates the same crust for their regular pizza, but shaped like a deep dish. Cheese: not too bad, but also not the same formulation. The tomato top: that was the bumper, absolutely nothing like Chicago. Even if you don't want it to make pieces of tomatoes, you should never call a sauce that should really be with pasta, spaghetti sauce, OMG? I mean, you don't see a pizza sauce on spaghetti now?
