I called to send an email with a video of a cake that my son wants for his birthday. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and demanded me to fill out a form that asks 100 questions that I don’t know how to answer. I reiterated that I wanted to send this link to their email address and she refused to provide the address for me. This was on Tuesday morning August 6th. I don’t think you should have people treating possible customers like this.

Favorite Cake place! The cake turned out amazing!!! We loved how fresh, moist, and berry licious our customized Flowers cake turned out. The cake stayed enjoyable for a couple of days after, too. Looking forward to returning for future celebrations and delicious treat days!

Such an amazing experience tasting the cakes for our wedding, so many amazing options and the customer service was amazing. Day of our wedding the cake was delivered and instructions were followed to the T. Couldn’t be happier!!
