So staff have become a bit more professional over the past 8 months or so less rude! BUT this Paul seems to have a problem with flies in the restaurant. Every time I go to eat in, so many flies flying aroud in the seating areas. it really puts me off. Please could you call in the pest guys/exterminator? If you sort out the fly problem, it would be good…
My husband bought 10 mini Chocolat beignets for me after work as a treat but they were stale and hard! Very disappointed as these donuts are normally delicious and fresh. Ended up throwing all away,what a waste of money.
Ordered 2 pastries and 2 teas,the pastries were lovely but the tea was awful. The mugs are so big and the one teabag and too much milk put in by the server gave an awful weak and tasteless cup of tea,such a shame
Selling bread from prior day(s). Pretty upsetting to find out home that bread wasn’t fresh and minimum a day old. Wouldn’t happen in any supermarket! Réservez une table maintenant
Dark atmosphere, old-looking food and poor service. Additionally, they started vacuuming the salon during opening hours. I do not recommend!
Very poor customer service. The two women who were working there on 19th March afternoon should both receive some training. Atrocious.
I go to chef Paul when I find him even outside the country where he was born, that is France and previously in Paris due de la Seine
