Nous sommes une famille de quatre personnes qui avons connu la boulangerie Paul pour la première fois l'année dernière à Nice. Nous l'avons vu au centre commercial Val d'Europe et avons pensé que ce serait sympa de faire une halte pour prendre une baguette, un café et des gâteaux ! Nous sommes allés au restaurant Paul's car mon mari qui a une jambe prothétique avait besoin de s'asseoir, s'est arrêté à l'entrée pour s'asseoir et a attendu 5 bonnes minutes bien qu'il ne soit pas occupé et a été remarqué par un membre du personnel, elle nous a ensuite accueillis. de manière très grossière, décidant que, comme nous parlions anglais, nous avions dit que nous ne pouvions pas nous asseoir !! Quoi!...
Paul is a chain of bake shops throughout France. In Paris you would probably live near one and walk there for your morning croissant or bagget. This particular store is (thankfully near the end of the long (1 Km? walk through the ordinary high-end shopping...mall that precedes the entrance to the Val d'Europe shopping center/village, so it's location provides a decent break from the long walk between the RER (train station and the actual Val d'Europe shopping village. Not spectacular, but certainly authentic for coffee and some type of bun, as is every other Paul throughout France.
J'ai toujours aimé le café de ce restaurant. Aujourd'hui, nous avons attendu comme tout le monde. Un homme arrive de nulle part, va au comptoir et obtient une table. Et nous devons rester calmes, car bientôt quelqu'un nous donnera une table ? Oubliez ça. Si c'est ainsi qu'ils traitent les gens qui suivent leurs règles comme juste le cercueil où le soleil ne brille pas. Nous allons chez McDonald à partir de maintenant.
I'm sure that other offerings are better than what I had but I was not at all impressed with the baguette as I found it very bland and flavorless, and the chocolate éclair's choux was limp and overly moist while the filling was too bitter...and overwhelming for my tastes. But I'm sure a chocoholic would have loved it, so it's just my personal opinion.

Looking for something to eat, we stumbled over this jewel called Paul. And what a find! They offer a set menu that is full of options and is affordable. We had the rusti for lunch followed by the most delicious cream brulee. Pastries... incredibly plundered, hopefully will spend another meal in Paul's before we go home.
Superbes pâtisseries et autres articles disponibles, tout le personnel avec lequel nous sommes entrés en contact était très amical et accueillant. Je recommanderais un arrêt ici si vous en avez l'occasion. Habituellement bondé, ce qui est bon signe!
Très bon goût, haute qualité, bon service. C'est un très bon endroit pour prendre un petit-déjeuner ou une collation. Ce n'est pas l'endroit le moins cher, mais un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Super endroit où ils vendent différents pains et pâtisseries, frais, cuits localement, très pratiques pour le petit-déjeuner ou une collation à toute heure de la journée.

Whenever we shop in La Vallee we go to this shopping center and eat in Paul. We like their lunch specialties. The food is always fresh and delicious.
