Locale tipico tedesco con piatti della tradizione culinaria bavarese e tanta birra, Paulaner e non solo. Il servizio è discreto anche ae la velocità lascia un po' a desiderare quando il locale è pieno. L'ambiente è piacevole anche se molto tradizionale e senza elementi di particolare pregio. Nei periodi in cui ad Hannover ci sono grandi fiere che richiamano gente da tutto il mondo, il locale è frequentatissimo e la prenotazione diventa d'obbligo. Ricordate che si cena presto e alle 23 max la cucina chiude. Se vi trovate ad Hannover, un passaggio al Paulaner è d'obbligo.
Following a recommendation from the front desk of our hotel, we had dinner at the Paulaner and loved it. We almost wanted to stay in town another night so we could eat there again. I had the pork schnitzel with mushroom creme sauce and spaetzle, with a small salad, and so did my wife. It was amazing! 1 daughter had a pretzel and the other one had a plate of fries. They both enjoyed their dinners. I had one of their in house beers (the dark beer) which was good. I'd try a different one next time.The staff were friendly and pleasant and the bill was quite reasonable.
Netop ankommet til Hannover skulle vi finde et sted at spise.Vi kom tilfældigt forbi denne kneipe, hvor tyskerne selv holdte til.Vi bestilte 2 forskellige snitszler, den ene wienerschnitzel og den anden Holsteiner art.Begge var ok, dog noget turistet, schnitzler er lavet i friture.Portioner er pænt store.Paulaner øl fåes ikke bedre.Personalet er smilende og meget imødekommende, holder øje med om du mangler noget.Stedet kan jeg godt anbefale et besøg
Capitati per caso abbiamo mangiato bene. Nella sera in cui ci siamo fermati, a differenza delle recensioni precedenti, c'era pochissima gente. Abbiamo cenato nei tavoli all'esterno. Servizio veloce e preciso. È il classico menù tedesco con la schweineschnitzel a 13.90 e la kartoffelsuppe a 3.90 (questa in realtà niente di particolare). Conteggiate 15 euro a persona una portata con una bibita.

Esistono molti posti dove assaggiare cucina bavarese in Hannover, vale sicuramente la pena fare una tappa al Paulaner, per l'ambiente, le porzioni e la grande scelta di piatti bavaresi.Attenzione alle porzioni, un solo piatto può bastare anche per una buona forchetta.Stinco da segnalare, tutti gli insaccati in genere.Personale smart e adatto ad accomodare grandi compagnie.Bella serata!
We hadn't booked a table and herr Ober made a big show of having no room, but a table was found! The food was good, the beer was cold - we enjoyed it. I think the waitstaff kind of have a schtick where they're kind of rude or cheeky. Our waiter called two guys with our group "ladies" for not finishing their meal. We thought it was funny.
ハノーバー中央駅(Hannover Hbf)から徒歩5分くらい。いかにもドイツ酒場というお店で、店内は少し高めのテーブル席や、中二階の大型のテーブル席など、様々なタイプがあります。一人でも大人数でもオーケーなお店は、ツアーにも組まれているなど外国人のお客さんも多いです。料理は、完全なドイツ料理で、アイスバインやシュニッテルをはじめとする肉料理や、白いアスパラガスなどの季節料理もあります。シュニッテルは、お肉の薄さ、大きさ、衣のからっとしたところがまさにドイツの味。付け合わせのポテトも美味しかったです。また、ミュンヘン名物の白いソーセージを、夜でも食べることができる(本場は午後は出さない)のも嬉しかったです。
Hier kann man doch nichts verkehrt machen. Wer die Bayerische Botschaft besucht weiß was er auf den Teller bekommt und auch welche Getränke angeboten werden. Mir hat das Essen geschmeckt und das Weißbier sowieso. Also, immer wieder gerne!

Das Paulaner Bräu ist für mich mittlerweile mit dem Hardrock Café gleich zu setzen. Man weiß was man bekommt und das weltweit. Gepflegtes Brauhaus, zentrale Lage am geschäftigen Thielenplatz. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.
