Awesome park, awesome owners and managers. Always felt safe when I lived here with my kids. Bus stop comes straight to the entrance of the park which is a plus! Quiet, clean, calm community. Moved out and realized it was a mistake, now hoping they have another house open so I can move back in! Calling Monday! : loved this park. Only down side is hard watervliet water. Great place to live.
If I could give this terrible park zero stars, I would! The water quality is poor, and the manager is unprofessional and causes drama throughout the place. They take your money and treat you disrespectfully. It's absolutely disgusting how they handle things, especially since they seem to be going through personal issues that affect everyone. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.
The management puts on a great facade before you sign the lease, but once that's done, they treat you poorly. The rules seem to only apply to tenants who aren't in their good graces. If you have the budget for a better option, go for it—spare yourself the frustration of dealing with these ineffective landlords.
At first, seemed sketchy, but after living here for 4 years and getting to somewhat know ppl, managers etc, Its not too bad and its fairly cheap. Its a trailer park tho so privacy is hard to come by. Otherwise not too bad at all sometimes it's great like a normal neighborhood. Réservez une table maintenant
The one way road trailers seem a tad closer here than other parks so your neighbor can hear u taken a s and smell it.Ppl are nice for the most part the managers can be hard asses its their job
The manager displays rude behavior and has a negative attitude, lacking essential people skills.
