Absolutely fabulous! We've just spent 2 nights here, enjoying fantastic accommodation and food, and a great atmosphere. Special mention for the great selection of beverages in each room; coffee pod machine and assortment of coffee pods as well as a cafetiere and fresh ground coffee and selection of tea bags. And a flask of fresh milk! We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant on Friday and a wonderful private dinner with 12 of our friends last night. Fantastic food and service. We stayed as a stop over before heading home to Shropshire and I honestly cannot fault it! The room was absolutely beautiful with the most amazing bathroom I've seen in a hotel/inn. We also had a three course meal which was spectacular. The staff are so friendly and accommodating which is obviously a massive plus. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely night away.
I visited The Talbot Inn for the first time on October 22nd, as my brother hosted his wedding reception there. The staff were excellent and attentive, and the decor was beautiful. The food was absolutely fantastic. I also spent the night there, and my room was truly lovely. I highly recommend The Talbot Inn! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.
Fabulous meal! Just what we wanted relaxed quality time and beautifully cooked food. Chicken liver parfait is the best I have tasted and chutney perfect that goes with it. Duck was really tasty and hubby had fish which he really enjoyed. Finished it all off with sticky toffee pudding and panacotta, we couldn't fault a thing!

Everyone was welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived at the Talbot Inn. Beautiful mix of old and new. Great food drinks! . Highly recommend staying at the Talbot Inn in Newnham Bridge and have a meal/drink in the charming restaurant/bar!!
This is our not so local..local 15 minutes drive but always worth it. Eaten here numerous times with friends and family always excellent and one of the few places locally we can get Robinsons Cider! Great staff and atmosphere..always a pleasure
Had a wonderful family lunch here. Original delicious dishes, perfectly cooked and, honestly, the best steak I've had for years thank you everyone at The Talbot Inn for a really memorable meal we shall be back!
I received a warm welcome, enjoyed delicious food, and experienced excellent service. I visited for my mom's birthday lunch, and it was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

amazing! great food brilliant service (and I'm very fussy) and we could take our dog that was spoilt rotten by the staff ! have to say now my favourite place x
