We have had such a lovely stay. This is our second visit, although a few years apart. We cannot fault a single thing. Immaculate room and indeed the pub. Every need taken care of right down to having fresh milk in the room that can be replenished as and when yourself. No little fiddly tiny milk pots. The bathroom waa amazing and it's as if it's just been installed before we arrived as its so spotlessly clean. We had the deluxe double which is lovely. As for the food...beautifully cooked and presented. Every meal.we had including breakfast each morning was fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble it seems. All service comes with a smile. Roast dinner beef and gammon were both melt in the mouth, vegetables, and gravy. It was lovely. I would go there again. Service: 5 Location: 5
Perfect pub. Friendly. Great beer real ales. Great food not expensive. Great atmosphere with comfy armchairs and sofas, wood fires.
