Peakfine At Sparkling Hill Resort

We ate breakfast twice during our 2 days free stay. My wife and I had the protein only Florentine omelet. The osh-brown potatoes were deep fried and the omelet was tasteless and hardly any ingredients in it. The fruit consisted of two slices of watermelon and cantaloupe with 4 grapes a two blueberries. No yogurt,A glass of juice and tea was a regular tea bag. The waitress told us that they don't have pancakes today and there wasn't just a vegan dish granola) on the menu. I told the restaurant manager and he just apologized.

This restaurant was consistently a disappointment. The fish is cooked over and the food took incredibly long to use. The Risotto was almost unbearable. The Calamari and the beef were good. However, our group expected better from a high-quality resort. I was 3-4 times at PeakFine and that was unfortunately a consistent experience.

The vegan breakfast is substantial, fruit and date squares to start, tofu scramble with kale, truffled mushrooms and roasted potatoes plus juice and coffee, all included in the room rate. Would like to see the buffet come back, though!
