I really enjoy the Pumpkin Latte, but I find it frustrating that I can't specify the exact number of pumps of pumpkin syrup I want. I'm not sure what "light" means in terms of the number of pumps. At Starbucks, I can easily choose the exact amount of flavored syrup I want, usually just one pump. Please consider changing this, Peet's, or I might have to return to Starbucks for my flavored lattes.
The coffee options are decent, but the overall quality in the cup is just average. It's disappointing that they exclusively serve their coffee in paper cups, particularly since they advertise themselves as a specialty coffee shop. Additionally, the atmosphere comes across as overly corporate.
The staff was outstanding. Although the music was a bit too loud for my taste, it matched the lively atmosphere with so many people chatting. The Havana cappuccino was fantastic! I really wish there was a Peet's in New Hampshire or Maine!
The staff seemed to lack motivation, with only one person handling most of the work while the others appeared to be slacking off. On a positive note, the coffee and pastries were both quite tasty. Réservez une table maintenant
The folks here were perplexed by my order of iced coffee. They insisted that I wanted cold brew, which I did not. Eventually they poured hot coffee over ice and served it to me lukewarm. ????
The coffee is fantastic, but some of the unusual artwork on the walls, such as the strange elephant, could be taken down and replaced with something more inviting.
