I was taken aback by the wait time and disappointed with the coffee. Generally, I prefer Peet's over the more common coffee chains, but today’s brew had a strong, bitter aftertaste. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and polite, and they provided helpful updates about your position in the coffee-making queue. The location was very convenient, especially after leaving San Francisco Airport on my way to Alameda.
I really enjoy Peet's Coffee, but this location has been quite disappointing. About half of my online orders are consistently made incorrectly. I order the same thing nearly every day. This location could use improved management to help train their employees more effectively.
I visited this restaurant once before and had a fantastic experience. However, this time the staff seemed a bit tense, and the bathroom had a vibe that reminded me of a gas station.
The egg and cheese sandwich was amazing! It's a classic combination and a fantastic value at $3.85. The horchata cold brew always brightens my day whenever I enjoy it. Réservez une table maintenant
The caramel macchiato at this restaurant was a bit too intense for my liking. I would have preferred a more pronounced caramel flavor and a milder coffee taste.
The best coffee chain. Some disrespectful anti maskers imposed themselves on the place against posted local orders and request from the counter staff.
