Walked up and a table for 2 was available. Obviously a very busy & popular venue on a Saturday night as whilst we were there, the turnover of diners was big (though none are 'hurried out'). Their systems are very good and cleanup after people departed was quick & efficient. An extremely clean, safe venue, with delicious food. We had a Chicken with seasonal vegetable, a special fried rice, a deep fried whitebait and a bottle of Sav Blanc. Cost $88. The portion serves were big - excellent quality. Loved it & would definitely go back. Only thing, is that the tables for 2 were nestled along the staff 'route' to cleanup...so if you want a romantic experience, I'd suggest you book & request NOT to...
We had a Sunday lunch booking for 18 for my mothers 81st Birthday.She wanted to go somewhere and have Yum Cha and as I'd been here before, and enjoyed it immensely, I recommended the Imperial Jade Palace.We we were seated we were told that they did not have the typical Yum Cha service, where a trolley of comes to the table with prepared dishes to choose from. Instead,they had a limited menu to choose from and dishes would take around 15 minutes to bring out.The Yum Cha dish were acceptable, and a number of plates order from the al-a-carte menu were very good, so it's not the food that was the problem. It was the experience.
Ate there recently as a part of a work group. The staff were very friendly & accommodating as we had not made a booking. We had one of the banquets available but there seemed to be a good choice of meals available.The food was excellent & they were very fast with the service, although it was a Tuesday night & not many were in there.I was very happy with my meal & would recommend dining there.
Brought a mate and his wife to the restaurant for his Birthday. San Choi Bow to start and then we shared 3 plates and boiled rice.Food as always was fantastic, drink service was (unfortunately) as slow as ever - really hard to get the wine you ask for / point at on the menu and they still get it wrong.

The service was wonderful and attentive, never had an empty water glass. The food was average nothing over the top. All of our meals came out piping out and at the same time. The eggplant dish was very good though. Fresh ingredients. Pricy ,pricy menu . Beautiful decor and comfortable seating
It is restaurant with nice design, good service, but not more than this. We had dinner with our Sydney partner. We ordered Jade mix plates for entree and chef choice soft shell crabs for main. Both dishes were very ordinary, crabs were too oily. Thanks that price wasn't expensive.
I had some fantastic food here. Service was amusingly blasé. That might have been because it was Chinese New Year time of year and a Tuesday night. Hope others get better service but food definitely worth trying.
Have tried several menu items here and they are all good. Sizzling steak, honey chicken, Peking pork ribs, short soup ... It's all great and the servings are plentiful.

Busy little restaurant inside Bankstown Sports Club. Service was very efficient, food pretty good. Will return.
