Pelon's Baja Grill

I've been here for many years. it is a real shame that they no longer offer breakfast because the vegan pancakes and breakfast burritos were the best! the vegan fish tacos are great and the taco salad is amazing. they can grilled vegetables for each of the vegan meats, but they sometimes inadvertently charge for them instead of replacing the vegetables. everything on the menu with a flower shows that it can make vegan. the watermelon margaritas are also ingenious.

When you are waiting in line you pick up a paper menu and see noted on the bottom right corner they have vegan chicken, soyrizo, vegan cheese and sour cream that can be replaced on any dish. So most of the menu can be vegan. It was pretty awesome. My daughter and I shared nachos. Husband got a fat burrito. The place was so crowded and busy but we were able to get a table after we ordered. There is another location which may not be as busy.

This restaurant has a lot of vegetarian and vegan options! They even offer vegan cheese, sour cream and veggie meat substitutes. Our veggie family of 5 was happy with everything we ordered. You won't be disappointed if you dine here! Updated from previous review on 2017-07-22

Almost everything on the menu could be made vegan! I had the nachos and they were delicious! They also offered vegan brownies and Whoopi pies. The food came out super quickly and the staff was nice. Only downside was plastic forks/straws/cups and disposable salsa cup.

I’ve never been to a non-vegan restaurant with so many vegan options! There were vegan alternatives for almost everything on the menu including vegan Whoopie pies from a local bakery! On my trip we had to go twice because the food was so good
