I had been dining here for 30 years, and I always felt welcomed by Arthur, who would greet me with friendly conversation while I waited. Unfortunately, all of that changed when my wife was involved in an incident with the staff, which also affected another employee at the counter. Falsely accusing someone without considering the consequences of such actions is a grave mistake. Because of this lack of care for both employees and customers, I will never return to this restaurant.
