We visited Pendel during a recent visit to Germany and we not disappointed. We shared some small plates to start with including nachos (which were surprised did not come with melted cheese) and chicken wings. I then ordered a pizza with prosciutto ham, rocket and...Parmesan which was delicious (and pretty big Our waitress was friendly and very helpful and spoke good English which we were grateful for as none of us could speak a word of German!
The pendulum is a very nice location with fair prices, very tasty breakfast (up to 12 o'clock) and good hearty dishes, also the salads are recommended. The staff is very friendly and you can eat both outside and inside very well. I would like to recommend the pendulum to everyone and I will still look.
Great food, excellent quality, good atmosphere. I've probably been to Pendel/Cartoon about times in the past year I always keep coming back because the food is always great. Staff are brilliant with English customers. Good restaurant for all types of people family,...friends, couples etc.

the pendulum is a beautiful bistro, centrally located at the peace place in bonn, with an extensive menu (burger, pasta, pizza, etc.) the prices are however not quite cheap, especially as regards the drinks.
Best Happy Hour in Bonn. I highly recommend the flummkuchen or their monthly favs. Definitely not the fastest service place around. You'll have to ask for.. Réservez une table maintenant
A friend and I had a nice, relaxing lunch today at Pendel. I had the Caesar salad and potato soup, both of which were tasty, and our server was excellent.
