A friend of mine Husband is ill and I was on the list to deliver takeaway Chinese to the family but I was caught up in meetings. So, I called Peninsula court after another Chinese restaurant in Hunters Hill wouldn't deliver to the Riverview area (just next suburb). Peninsula court was excellent and delivered the food to my friend's family even though it was outside of their delivery area. I was very grateful and I was told the food was excellent.
It's a good local old traditional style Chinese restaurant. You sit nicely in boots and the restaurant is carpeted, not so noisy. We had the old favorites like Mongolian lamb, sweet and sour pork, salt n pepper calamari, a nice glass of wine and the boys beer. Finished off with banana fritters and ice cream. The service was also good.
I have enjoyed lots of meals at this restaurant, both eat in & takeaway, over the last few years. The food is always delicious & whilst prices are at the higher end of the scale you get what you pay for. The pork ribs in plum sauce is a fave & the spring rolls are yummo! Lucky to have Peninsula Court as our local Chinese restaurant.
I have been so lucky to enjoy this amazing resteraunt for half of my life and continued after the staff took over from the original owner. William and his staff do a fantastic job and always make you feel welcome. The food is also famtastic especially the salt and pepper scampi. Réservez une table maintenant
We ordered takeaway food from this restaurant and were quite surprised at the high cost and the small portions of food. Every dish seemed to be full of baby corn so you really did not get the favors of the meat or seafood dishes given the over whelming taste of baby corn!! :-(
The food here is fabulous, easily as good as most of the restaurants in Chinatown. The ambience and service is good local restaurant standard, but the food is simply superb.
This is a good place for standard Chinese food. It is good value and service is good. There is a view over Tarban Creek from the window end of the restaurant.
Service here was fantastic and had a great night, staff were amazing and the food was great. So happy to have found this place and will be back again! Réservez une table maintenant
Great ,good quality Chinese, check their specials board and the seafood rolls. The Narkoojee red wine is excellent and fairly priced.
