Penn Pizza - Réservation de table

I order from this place frequently and today I was incredibly disappointed with my food. I ordered a cheesesteak with sauce no onions and got a plain cheesesteak with no sauce. I called the restaurant and let them know my order was wrong but instead of remaking the sandwich like most places will 20 minutes later someone delivered a container of their sauce. The cheese in my sandwich by this point has already solidified and the sandwich did not taste good even when I poured the sauce on top. I therefore paid $16 for a sandwich that I had to choke down and will not be eating the other half of. Very Very disappointed.

tonight I ordered pizza, wing and garlic knots. I took the order and went to the house to find burned and dried wings and garlic knots. the pizza was not so bad, but certainly not good. When I called them to let them know, they wouldn't refund my money. I will never go back to penn pizza and would not recommend it to anyone. President! I would give them a zero if the system would allow. a good business and owner would stand behind their product. Apparently, this owner doesn't care about the customer, the business or the product.

kind of the worst experience. they have all uploaded their articles. I work directly on the road that we give them a lot of business. they now calculate $8 for half a cheese steak. Do you know how to get two half for a little? like all the places I've ever heard of. No, now they load u for the half of the sandwiches, which is still the same price a small cannoli, (that is a real mini size cannoli) is $3. if u 5 can buy more for a few dollars.

The restaurant is never full but by the behavior of the staff you would swear they were slammed every night. It’s nearly impossible to get an employee to make eye contact with you to place an order. It’s best to place the order right after your last meal because you will wait FOREVER for a plain pizza. Staff can’t be bothered with things like customer service. Réservez une table maintenant

Chicken parmesan with spaghetti was okay, nothing special. Did not taste or look like they make tomato sauce. This is a cafeteria, you pay for food and drink, then choose a table to sit and wait for them to bring food to your table. Seemed quite busy on a weekday in middle of afternoon. Restaurant is clean and comfortable with a few tables to choose from.

we had subs catered from here at work last month they were delicious, so I thought I would get another one. very sloppily put together this time.. bland.my husband's cheesesteak had very little meat inside.they also forgot the fries i ordered.not worth $42, I'll be asking grubhub for a refund. I'll stick with the basic pasta tomato sauce from here.

bad customer service ever. I'm not out of the opposite and the girl on the theke was so rude for everyone. never again here. and they have the blame for their herd. a price in the menu, but the way more when check out and I ordered a little it was like a hotdogs back size that they charge 9 dollars, in the menu it was 7.50. very disappointed.

Just had the fettucini chicken alfredo, the quality and quantity was excellent! The sauce was made perfect, the chicken was so tender and the noodles were just right! Had the pizza a few nights ago and was the best Ive had in awhile. Will recommend restaurant to all friends and family, truely a 5 star!! Réservez une table maintenant

Amazing food! Garlic knots were phenomenal! I ordered the Lobster Ravioli and it was beyond delicious! So much meat stuffed inside, full pieces of shrimp scallops in the sauce, it was just delectable!

penn pizza is very good. we like the chicken cheese steak salad. delicious.
