Wasn?t that great of an experience. I didn?t even get acknowledged, to then turn around and get rushed to order the man that took my order I?m pretty sure was the manager which was EXTREMELY RUDE! I wasn?t even ready to order I was looking at the menu on a phone call which he clearly saw. As I tell him what sub I want and what I don?t want on it he tells me ?well tell me what you want on it then? in a rude tone! But then walks in a couple men after me then he calls himself being nice. The way my sub was, was extremely messy like they literally just slapped everything on there! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS CONDUCT. I have only been here one time and the food was sub par. The real reason I am leaving a one star is due to the fact that my friend has been continuously harassed via text by one of the employees who got her number from the LOYALTY program. I have seen the text this employee has sent and they are disgusting and rude. This overall experience for my friend is downright terrifying and I can only hope that this review keeps it from happening to anyone else. I would advise to stay far away from Penn Station.
The young guy working there was extremely rude from the start. When I asked him about the overcharge on my bill, his attitude only worsened. When I inquired about his problem, an older gentleman intervened and apologized for the young man’s behavior, also refunding me the difference. It turned out there was a pricing error in their system. I had ordered three snack-sized subs at $3.99 each, but I was charged $9.99 for one of them. If the young guy continues to treat customers this way, he’s going to drive the business into the ground.
The young man who worked there was very rude from the beginning. But when he asked why I was overloaded, he became more rude. When I asked him what his problem was, the older gentleman apologized for his behavior and gave me the difference. It turned out to be a price error in its system. I'd give 0 stars if possible. An employee of this place harassed a friend of mine after stealing her phone number from her loyalty account. Management has been contacted and seems uninterested when it comes to this harassment claim. You managed to leave your company? You don't want to know? Do not give this company your phone number or personal information. The possibility of harassment is not worth free support.
The food was thrown together poorly, the place did not look sanitary, and the workers were also unsanitary. It didn't feel safe or clean to eat. The staff also made my date and I very uncomfortable. We heard inappropriate comments about previous guests.I think corporate might want to take a good look at this place.
Cheese steak was good, but it was TINY! We did a taste test compared to Jersey Mikes around the corner. Both were about $15. Penn Station wasn?t bad, but it definitely lost because of being HALF the size. PS changed from 2 stars to one star because of their absurd computerized response to this review. Seriously?!
2.3 of 10 for this chicken parm sub that only grilled chicken with oregano and cheese and zero brot that makes it a chicken stable. fries were cooked with a strange taste, 4.2 out of 10

I truly love warm subs, and I only wish this restaurant were nearer to me. Every time I go, the food is consistently fresh and served hot. It's always a wonderful experience!
Every time I get a grilled Dagwood. the staff is professional friendly and the ingredients are fresh.
