I go to Penn station often and as of lately there are a couple different locations that have been quite disappointing, but this time I went to the Crescent Springs location in Kentucky and even after having an operation and being in recovery and not feeling well when I called to order, I’m giving five stars solely based on the attitude of the general manager Jessie, who literally brightened up my day with just her great attitude and her willingness to go above and beyond to provide great customer service! She offered not only to take my payment over the phone but to come out to my car get my payment quick, then come back out with my food so that I didn’t have to go in injured. The food came...
I don't know what happened to the penn station. I love the philly cheesesteak who was good, but the cleanliness of the place was not. they messed up my youngs order by eating on his sandwich after they just asked while it wants to cook that he would be eating and we both did not yet say that it was there anyway so that they had to make it new. the mop and the imer blocked the back area into the toilet room and there was müll under the beverage zone. this is the third penn station with which we had problems, although they are individually in possession and I am not a chronic grief, but the owners must be made aware of how their business is managed in their abnormality.
Nasty and clueless with 3 employees and 2 customers in the store, I waited 30 minutes for food, which I saw sitting on the counter for 10 minutes, fries 20 minutes, before filling my order. During this time I saw an employee who was (attempting to) running the register, making fries, standing around, kicking fries under the equipment out of sight, plus sweeping and picking up garbage off the floor with her prep gloves on and then immediately handling food.At that point I requested a refund and was outta there. Shame, this used to be hands down the best PS in the area.Big Max if you see this review, time to crack a few heads...you're better than this.
large eating patricia gave great service and was a sweet heart it is just a scandal that 3-4 other workers would rather hang out than help the poor girl to get customers out of the door and around 8 clock as well as I am sure that she really used the help that I called there for 30 minutes nobody will pay the phone to save 2nd layer there the life then when I put it in the parking lot Réservez une table maintenant
Waited for a long time and no ketchup instead of getting me packs she took the container back to fill it up had to wait and I just asked for packets girl got snotty and said she was filling it up and I said my fries were going to get cold. Just plain bad service. Will not go back and will let my friends and family not to go there either. For the prices bad everything Food: 2
