I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Tom, in particular, stands out as a top-notch chef and a wonderful person overall. This is by far the best Penn Station I've visited, and it truly is the best sub shop in the area. A special thank you to Freedom and Daniel as well!

Danielle was very friendly. I work for the VA and I am a retired military when the personnel there seen my ID card they all came up and thanked me for my service. Food service and atmosphere are all five star! I encourage everyone to eat here often!

Tom is incredibly friendly and dedicated! He and his teammate Promise were very personable and made our sandwiches just right! We also received great service from Ryan, who is the mayo teriyaki guy.
The restaurant was clean, and the young lady who took our order was excellent. However, there was a young man working there with long, unkempt hair who really should have worn a hairnet or a hat.
My friend Tom always looks after us, and Penn Station 118 is an excellent spot to grab some fresh food and enjoy fantastic service. I highly recommend stopping by—definitely a 10 out of 10!
