I picked up a sandwich on my way to the airport. Although the sub selection was somewhat limited, it was sufficient. There were more appealing hot sandwich options like cheesesteaks, but since I planned to eat later, I chose a sub. When I finally ate it, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of meat inside. I could have chosen a smaller sandwich, but I finished it all. The flavor was excellent and it offered great value, especially compared to other sub shops that tend to skimp on the meat.
This Penn Station is easily the best one I've visited. The staff were friendly and efficient, handling everything smoothly. My order was prepared just the way I wanted it. The cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding—so spotless it felt like you could eat off the floor. The employees appeared to genuinely enjoy their jobs, which created a great atmosphere and excellent service. I really appreciated that!
In response to my review from yesterday, the owner replied, "Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed!" Really? How could I have enjoyed a meal that I wasn’t able to purchase? This feels like yet another instance of businesses using automated responses. Due to the lack of responsiveness from the management, I have decided to lower my rating to 2 stars.

When I finally had a chance to enjoy my sandwich, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of meat in it. Although a smaller size would have sufficed, I ended up finishing the entire sandwich. The taste was fantastic, and it provided excellent value, particularly when compared to other sub shops that often skimp on the ingredients.
Great food Customer Service! Can't say enough about the homemade fries, Lemonade, and Fresh baked cookies. Thank you to the Manager Samantha for always making my lunch fantastic! Great atmosphere and great people make it that much nicer to visit.
The chef directed me to the next register but refused to take my order. Meanwhile, he helped three women consecutively, yet completely ignored the man who came up next. It’s rather puzzling, don’t you agree?
I am always welcomed warmly when I arrive, and the staff pays great attention to my orders, making sure they are delivered accurately. The atmosphere is consistently lovely every time I come here.
