Penn Station East Coast Subs

We used to enjoy eating at Penn Station, but our recent experience has been quite disappointing. The staff seems indifferent to customer service, often snapping at customers and complaining about being too busy. They refuse to take orders at times, even though the sign clearly states that walk-ins are welcome. To top it off, our orders have been incorrect every single time. We’ve decided not to return to this location. Thank goodness for a much better experience at a different place! We're heading to the Florenz location instead.

The service was disappointing, and the food was just mediocre. I've experienced better service and meals at other Penn Station locations.
