Pentimento Restaurant

Pentimento is a great little restaurant classy but still casual. The place is so pretty, the people are so nice and the food is great! The clientele is pretty good too although that sounds self serving it spans age groups and ethnic groups and is all around quite cosmopolitan! I hope that the landlord reconsiders terminating their lease. The other restaurant names I hear mentioned as replacements are nothing more than glorified fast food stops Stony Brook should work to keep its image and its style Ward Melville would absolutely demand Pentimento stay! I had the fettuccine with tuna. There was absolutely NO tuna in the pasta. Very disappointing. The zucchini appetizers was very good

It's a shame it's closing. Great everything! Nothing to complain about. Well worth the visit before it closes.
