Not a good place, guys! Bartenders with bad attitude and not attentive. I was on the bar, they gave me three shots of tequila, which i never ordered. I drank one of them and the barman said i need to pay for it, when i asked both of them who ordered these shots and why i need to pay for something that i never ordered, one of them told me it was me who ordered that!I couldnt believe what they saying!!! i Paid the shot and ran away as fast as i could. I myself am a barman and i have never ever seen such a cheap way to rip off clients. The crowd is not that bad, but its quite boring.Its mostly local catalan and spanish older men. If you go alone its quite hard to connect to anyone, as everyone...
one of the best bars we were in. in years the music is really great. play a lot of music from the years. yes the bar is popular with men and male couples. but as a group formed by lesbian couple a straight woman and a gay man all 50 we were greeted with a warm welcome. the bar staff were amazing, really cared for us. the drinks are liberal and well served by the excellent employees. I could go on forever. but I'm done when you're over 50 and they want something else to make a switch from the usual humdrum. they give the people a visit they do not regret.
It was okay the beer was more expensive than everywhere else, and the older guys tended to not want to talk to stangers like myself as I was there. Maybe it is not always like this. I had even gotten called male prostitute by one of them. Me being 44 years of age and all...ah... I rathere took it as a compliment though. Too bad for me I love older guys. That is why I stayed the rest of the week in the bacon bear bar instead.
we came here on the 2nd january after a few crazy days. we knew about some other bars, but decided to come here. we did not want to stand in a corridor like some of the others, I was so happy to sit and chat and served a nice drink from a pretty barman. great music, they think we might have found our way into the bar when they visit barcelona. That's about 3 times a year!
