A truly extraordinary culinary adventure awaits you in the heart of New York! Each and every course of the chef's meticulously crafted tasting menu is a masterpiece, made even more exceptional by the impeccable wine pairings. It's no wonder this restaurant has been awarded an impressive 3 Michelin stars. The flawless execution of every dish will create memories that will last a lifetime. However, I must admit that the service fell slightly short of my expectations, especially when trying to comprehend the sommelier's explanations through his mask (which proved quite challenging). Despite this minor setback, I can confidently say that this dining experience ranks as the second best in my life...

I visited French Laundry some time ago and decided to give Per Se a try. I noticed that some of the dishes were the same, like the oysters and pearls, but I didn't mind at all. The dishes were quite filling but delicious, and Per Se provided exceptional service. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive, promptly refilling drinks and answering any questions we had. The restaurant also offered a lovely view of Central Park. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely visit again. However, if you've already been to French Laundry and are seeking a completely new dining experience, this may not be the place for you.

After waiting for six years to get a reservation, we were finally seated at the best table in the restaurant. The venue was beautiful, with a breathtaking view. We indulged in a nine-course tasting menu that was absolutely amazing. It was the most expensive meal we have ever had, but it was definitely worth it. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, explaining each dish to us and making the experience even more enjoyable. We had no complaints. As a senior couple who values experiences over material things, we felt right at home and completely at ease. This restaurant definitely lives up to its Michelin rating.

Over the years I’ve been a repeat customer at Per Se because when it comes to an all-around EXCEPTIONAL dining experience they are the pinnacle others strive for. The service, especially from the sommelier, was top notch professionalism with a healthy dose of warmth. We went all in and did the Evolution tasting menu with pairing, and although expensive, the experience was worth it. Under the watchful eye of Chef de Cuisine the kitchen turns out a symphony of sumptuous, tasty and visually stunning food. BRAVO. Definitely “worth a special trip” for anyone living in or visiting the Big Apple. Réservez une table maintenant

Out of all the restaurants I have tried, Per Se is the standout. The food is exceptional and beautifully presented. The service is outstanding and they offer a fabulous wine selection. While it is a tasting menu, they are accommodating to dietary restrictions and offer a full vegetarian option.

Awesome experience. Got the salon lounge table with a great view right in front of the window. Oysters and Pearls, and the langoustine were the standout dishes. Our main server, Igor?(spelling) was terrific, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food.
