The cooks and management are great. Staff needs a lot of help. Went to a half full restaurant and our waitress had the personality of a piece of wood. Took our oder and wasn't seen until I went to the manager 30 minutes later. 3 orders wrong. No apology. Asked for butter and she handed it to another waiter to give to us and said Ugh and walked away. Asked for sauce for one meal as it said in the menu. Her reply? I don't know the menu. Other waiters and waitresses were smiles and polite. Our waitress has no business in the service industry. And signed our receipt to have a blessed day...
Have stopped here over the years many times. Nice location, helpful management, consistent food quality. Just today we mentioned we were in a tight time schedule to the manager and the server came over immediately to take our orders. Food came out in a matter of minutes, and was just as good of quality as if we had needed to wait normally. Atmosphere is... well, it's a perkins.
Sad to say...gave it another chance. Steak came way over cooked had to be sent back. Nice enough server yet didn't check on our drinks. Special was nice offer for weds buy one get one free entree. But not worth it if my steak came after my husband was able to eat his dinner. Not upset...just disappointed.
We ate at Perkins by Todd dr/Fish hatchery today. Our waitress was Jenny, she was GREAT!!! She helped the kids order, was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very friendly with my 2 year old. The food was great as well!!

Customer service was okay. Waiter was pleasant. Food was good. My critic I didn't enjoy the vaccumimg while my wife and I were eating. I didn't enjoy that the person clearing the tables was serving the food. Just saying.
I must admit, the pancakes were not as fluffy as I had hoped, but they still tasted good. I was a bit disappointed with the speed of the service, but I understand it was only 7 am.
A family favorite! Good food for a good price! They have ice tea and Coke products. Get breakfast, lunch, dinner all day! Don't forget the bakery goods. Apple pie so good!
Food was good, staff was amazing! We were a party of 7 and our waiter was patient and met all our needs. Would definitely go back there.
