Just got back from Maplewood Perkins. We haven't eaten there for 5 years due to very bad service.Thought we would give them a chance because of a coupon book we bought.Our server was Phae. She was fantastic: friendly, very professional and went beyond what we expected. Asked multiple times if we needed anything. We brought food home and Phae offered to get lids for our tarter sauce. Phae came quickly to take our order and clarified we needed to order two beverages. Food was very good and plentiful.The gentleman who rang us up carried on with exceptional service. Offered a bag to put our to go trays in and told us a must interesting way to service the wild berry pie we purchased.Perkins most...
Service was great, very attentive. My daughter's Brioche French toast was really good. My blueberry pancakes, meh. I remember when their pancakes used to be thick and airy. Nothing special about these. Plus they should have blueberry compote and syrup to go with them. Not a few blueberries in the batter, with maple syrup to go on top.
Linda was our server. She was very friendly, helpful, service was great.Ralph checked us out. There was a problem with the computer system. But he was friendly, took an interest in asking my son about himself and helpful and we didn’t mind waiting for the computer to reboot.Overall an excellent experience.
Had breakfast there Sunday and it was busy. Our waitress did a great job and her name was Phae. She had a lot of tables to work and she still stopped several times to check on us and got our food to us in a prompt manner. Great service person!!!

Service took forever! Place was vacant and we sat waiting and waiting for service. Server got the next tables wrong. Person running the register was really crabby. Not a pleasant experience.
Had empty tables and still had people wait standing in the lobby, instead of seating them and getting them drinks. Will be a long time before we are going back to this
I don't know what our waitresses name was, but she was very nice and efficient. The only complaint is that my food was cold.
Great service as always and food presentation was great and tasty, I believe most would enjoy the Maplewood MN

Parking: Handicap parking is very bad, hard to get to door on the sidewalk. Curb to high.
This location seems to always have problems with their credit card system.
