Waited an entire year to come in for our Anniversary today and it was well worth the wait... the waitress was quite attentive and caring. Atmosphere was elegant, romantic, tasteful with a wonderful ambience. Food was quite delicious, smelled great, tasted fabulously, well portioned and balanced as some places you get too much of one and lack in the other. I could go on and on about our experience as it was just a great choice for our anniversary or any everyday meal.... Only had 2 things I was disappointed in. One is I ordered Tiramisu as it said home made, but was told it's made by Leo's Elite Bakery which I love, but it was served smothered in chocolate syrup... yuck too much! Second is wh...
we have reservations for 5 people early on Sunday at 4:00. we sat right away. we ordered a bottle of riesling. our entrees were michael karen haymes seafood cioppino, and battaglini roman families sizilian orecchiette. both were delicious. one of the members of our group had to have a special fat-free diet due to a temporary medical condition. with the server and the kitchen was her laugh incredible, and she said she would order this special dinner, even if she was not on a special diet! high lob for the cook and big thanks to the server for connecting power! that is a very upscale restaurant, but not slavery. parking is plentiful, and we would eat here again!
I had the pleasure of dining at Perlo’s last night, and I can honestly say this was the most enjoyable and delicious Italian cuisine I have enjoyed in a very long time. We began the meal with an appetizer of the fried calamari. The rings were served piping hot, the batter was light and crispy, and the rings were were tender and perfectly cooked. My chicken Marsala was excellent, the chicken tender and the mushrooms and artichoke hearts plentiful. The linguine was served perfectly al dente. While leaving Perlo’s, I was already thinking about when I could visit again.
It's a great family style Italian restaurant. The menu is full of choices meat, pasta and seafood. I had a steak which was a good cut and cooked well. Salads, surprisingly, are extra but not expensive. Waitress was great attentive and fast but we didn't feel rushed. The meals were excellent even though the place was bursting at the seams because of Mothers Day and local graduations. Skip the chain restaurants and come here! Réservez une table maintenant
Took a while to get any beverage service right off the bat, we were sitting at least 15 minutes before we were able to put a drink order in. Appetizer could of been a wee bit better, calamari not deep fried and not hot, we had to wait quite a while for our dinners, which we knew and acknowledged right from the start that they were exceptionally busy this night. Just not a 5 star night this time....we'll see next time?
Great place to go for a fantastic meal. Food is incredible, simple, fresh, and huge portions. Just like Italian should be! The Lobster French is amazing. Classy atmosphere without feeling stuffy and great wine selections. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming into town and to locals alike.
