My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. I was dining when a cocktail was accidentally spilled on me by the waitress. What really upset me was the lack of apology or help from any staff member to clean up the spill. This made me feel uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer, as neither the waitress nor the manager apologized and their treatment towards me was rude and inappropriate.
They absolutely rock at what they do. We had my wife's birthday party over there. Running a family business, they gathered all their family members and crew to make sure we enjoy the party. They did a great job and we loved both amazing food and excellent service over there. Thank you guys! Keep up the good job...
Horrendous service.I’ve never seen such a rude, inattentive, and irresponsible staff ever.The customer is treated incredibly poorly.Took them over 1 hour to serve us. Sleepy service, poor food quality (raw chicken wings), and was overpriced. We were planning to stay longer, but we left the restaurant after 1hr, and we did not even finished our food. Save your money and time.

The behavior of staff is so rude. I tried to make a reservation on the phone, not a welcoming staff on the phone. I have heard of poor customer service there but I didn’t believe till I had that experience.
Absolutely horrible.Took over 1/5 hours to be served.No attentiveness toward the guests.The kebab was dry and not enough saffron on the rice.
