We had a light dinner and drinks on the patio, enjoying a lovely spring evening. I had the watermelon salad and my friend went for the chopped salad. Our cocktails were nice I had the Captain Vandalay and I thought it was refreshing but lacked the zing I was hoping from the grapefruit. The cocktail with the orchid is Lady Lydia. The service is always friendly. I had their oysters before and they were very fresh. Be ready that there?s always a bit of a push for the oysters (since it?s an oyster bar! .
Stopped by here for a quick lunch before my flight and it was delicious. First off, they have wine on draft. Amazing. Ordered the crab cakes from the app section and it was delicious. Crab cakes were crispy and the perfect portion for my lunch. I wish I had more time to try other items from the menu as everything sounded and looked amazing. The restaurant was clean and open. Loved the atmosphere. Staff was super friendly. I would definitely come back.
Have you ever tried clam chowder? If not, you need to experience this one! It’s homemade and absolutely fantastic. If you love clam chowder, you’ll adore this version, but be sure to order the bowl—trust me, the cup won't be enough! The mussels are also incredibly tasty; you'll want to savor the broth like a soup. This place excels in seafood and hospitality, and dipping your bread into the broth is a must—it’s just so delicious!
I wanted to love this place but it really doesn?t live up to the hype. The outdoor patio is great and there?s a musician who plays across the street on Friday evenings (really adds to the setting). The food is just okay. The best dish by far was the lobster Mac and cheese (not pictured). The server was curt with us, which seemed odd for such a nice place. I?d be willing to give it another try but not rushing back.

I ordered the frosé and blackened fish tacos, while my mom had the lobster roll and the Lady Lydia drink. The frosé was sweet, with flavors reminiscent of watermelon or strawberries. My mom wasn't fond of the sweetness and opted for the Lady Lydia, which she enjoyed very much. Overall, our meals were tasty; however, I would have preferred if the fish tacos came with the sauce on the side for dipping or a crema.
Fresh, simply delicious! If you find yourself at the Northshore location in Wilmette, be sure to sit on the patio to fully enjoy your meal. The drinks are fantastic, and the dishes will truly impress you. When you're at the Wilmette location, request Elizabeth as your server (Molly sent me); she'll expertly guide you through the best options on the menu from start to finish.
The atmosphere was great and the hostesses were all very kind. Our server was extremely awkward, though. We ordered a half dozen of oysters and one of them had barely anything in it and for $3 per oyster that was disappointing. The king pao salmon was outstanding and a great portion size. The fish tacos were also perfect and fresh tasting.
This charming and welcoming restaurant offers fantastic food. I particularly loved the watermelon salad and the roasted Brussels sprouts. The outdoor setting is lively and enjoyable, especially with the live music nearby. We’ll definitely return!

This place is wonderful. If you like fresh seafood (and yes I mean fresh! Good wine great service and a nice atmosphere you cant go wrong! Try the key Lime Pie. Mmmmm.
