What is normally a great place (speaking as a local) it was really ‘off-colour’ tonight. Asking if it was okay to keep the door closed as it was really cold with an onshore wind I was overruled by a moody member of staff who clearly put himself in front of the customers’ well-being.
The chips were disappointing, portions were small, and the prices were too high. This restaurant is not popular for no reason in the tourist area of Margate. For better quality and cheaper options, it's best to venture away from the sea front and dine where the locals do.
We had some of the best fish and chips we've ever tasted at this restaurant. The dish was cooked perfectly and definitely worth the price. The staff was excellent as well. We couldn't resist going back for a second meal.
This restaurant offers excellent value for delicious fish and chips. The cozy seating area, with a view of the seafront and beach, is a lovely touch. The service is also very friendly. I highly recommend this place. Réservez une table maintenant
Great fish and chips, never disappointed unless I get to Margate and they are closed. Staff are always attentive and friendly and that I guess I why so many, like I, return again and again.
Both the fish the chips were excellent. Quite understandably you have to queue a bit but they’re pretty fast. Tiny shop but some nice outdoor seats to watch the sunset from.
Omg the fish and chips where on point full of flavour crispy crunch batter on the fish very friendly and attentive service..10/10 to the Petes fish factory team.
Really tasty food with a great view. Great value and friendly service. They offer outdoor seating (overlooking the sea) but no loos, so plan your trip wisely! Réservez une table maintenant
