Food and service excellent! We tried this bistro today and were very impressed. Quite a small place but this gave it a cosy atmosphere. All the food we ordered was delicious and there were many different options the menu which sounded equally good (definitely be back to try some of them) would certainly recommend. Only problem would be that the restaurant is in a basement and steps down are quite steep.
The restaurant is cozy and intimate with tables placed closely together. Despite its small size and basement location, it can get quite warm inside, especially with the heat from the kitchen flowing into the dining area. The menu offers delicious French cuisine, although prices are a bit on the higher side. Overall, the quality of the food makes up for the cost.
We spent an evening here last Friday. We had a lovely meal in this charming restaurant. The bill came to less than we thought it would to be honest the meal was better than any that we had during 2 weeks that we recently spent in Western central France where we ate out many times! Delicious food, attentive service and lovely atmosphere. As a table of 6 we had a variety of starters and main courses and were all delighted with our choices I really enjoyed my Roquefort mousse starter and the Chicken main course. I hope to return soon!
