Don't expect good service from this restaurant. I decided to call ahead before going for lunch to inquire if there is a long wait, the person i talked to said there is no wait. So, we went to PF Chang's straight from the BX. When we got to the front desk, we asked for a table for five including two small kids. We were told by the front desk person that he will have to double check for availability of a table even though the restaurant is not even 1/4 occupied. We had to wait 10 minutes to get a table. And again, there was barely any people dining in. After seating on our table, the servers totally forgot about us and we waited for 15 minutes before anybody even asked us for our order, even t...
People and food are great! The website has not worked properly for over a month. Called to let them know when I first noticed it, over a month ago, still doesn't show main courses only cocktails, dim sum, sides, salads, and appetizer. But when I called they say that they are still serving main couses. Soooo, if you want to order, call, don't waste your time on the website.
The food's great, but I have to say they take a little long to deliver the food and are usually understaffed. I really recommend getting the honey chicken, and ordering a bowl of fried rice with shrimp with it! Also, I haven't tried any of the deserts yet but they seem really good! :
Stumbled back here when the wait for Chili's was to long for lunch. Very minimal lines both times I've gone. Food was great. Service was also great. It's me and the wife's go to spot for our lunch dates.

Burnt oil was the number 1 flavour in the shrimp. Ribs were edible but everything else will become the puppies dinner. Save your money and go get a microwave chinese dinner, you will be more satisfied.
Frozen food (much more noticeable with COVID slowdown). My last meal tasted and had texture of freezer burn. Very expensive for quality of food and they push for large tips.
Ridiculously expensive! $25 for some food I didn't even feel in my stomach after eating. Ah! It's safe to say that I'd only go back if it's my last option.
Quick and Delicious! It was Wednesday, all bottles of wines are 1/2 priced. Grabbed a lovely bottle of Riesling.
