Pfeffermühle - Réservation de table

Obwohl in der Corona-Zeit zu Beginn des Frühsommers auf der Terrasse nur die kleine Karte angeboten wurde, haben wir am Muttertagswochenende frühzeitig reserviert. Für vier Personen wurde uns (ausserhalb der Karte) ein herrlich gebratenes Rindsfilet mit Beilagen und 3 frischen Saucen serviert. Leider waren wir die einzigen Gäste an diesem noch recht frischen Abend. Dennoch wurden wir ausgesprochen freundlich bedient. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben volles Verständnis, dass die Gastwirte in dieser Zeit nicht einfach die Vorratskammer füllen. Umso schöner, wenn man trotzdem ein Wunschgericht bestellen kann.

The food was very tasty. At first I was skeptical about the truffle fries. But they were also a dream. Not too much and not too little truffles. The meat is tender with a fine grilled taste. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly and very accommodating.

Super gutes Essen, der Service einfach klasse, kompetent und sehr freundlich. Im Hintergrund lief ruhige Piano Musik, was das Ambiente noch hervorragender machte. Der Hund bekam vor der Ersten Bestellung einen Napf mit Wasser. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.
