Rooms were big, two floors. Then they had old retro style rooms. The little shops were so cute and the food was amazing there."

My company was here to run a convention. The staff were incredible! Their staff worked with us 24/7 for a straight week to ensure the convention was as amazing as it could be. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, they all deserve it! The resort is older, and has that older grand elegance to it that was popular 50 or so years ago, and I personally love every inch of it. The old suites are amazing and comfortable. I am looking at visiting again with my family for the weekend.
We really enjoyed the Pheasant Run Resort. We stayed in the tall tower of rooms after a wedding in the area. The rooms were updated and very clean. We had breakfast and toured the property and wished we could have been there on a warmer day then we would have stayed to golf. The golf pro shop was really nice, and the staff were friendly and happy to tell us all about the property and it's many amenities. Next visit, we will schedule time in the spa.
I've visited twice for conferences. Some of the hotel rooms are a bit old. But well cleaned and functional. The catering for both events was excellent. Lovely food, and the buffet for the large crowd was well organized and everything was constantly restocked and fresh. The employees were always friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. All in all, I can recommend the Pheasant Run for conferences.
My wife and I have stayed at this resort in the past and really enjoy our stay here! The staff is very kind and the resort has everything you need for total comfort! We are in our mid 60's in age and travel often for business. If you want to go somewhere where you have everything you need at your fingertips come here! Relax and enjoy!
