They have a full menu of sandwiches and dishes too! We ordered 3 Banh mi sandwiches and a Thai Green Tea with boba. They tasted good, but my combo sandwich was a bit light on ingredients. I absolutely love this place! It is the perfect spot for large group gatherings or casual romantic dates. The coffee here is the best I've had, even better than Starbucks in America. It's not burnt and not watered down. I tried the Sea Cafe and it was both strong and sweet, even though I usually prefer my coffee black with a touch of milk. I will definitely be returning.
One thing that could be improved is the smell of the place and the signage outside. I had trouble finding the place because I was looking for a big 'Phi' sign instead of the food court sign they have. The smell of food hits you when you walk in and lingers for about 15-20 minutes. We ordered the bún chả Hanoi, hủ tiếu nam vang, cơm tấm sườn, along with green Thai tea and the original Phi milk tea. The bún chả Hanoi was delicious and tasted very authentic, and the presentation was an added bonus. I was pleasantly surprised by the hủ tiếu nam vang; its broth was both flavorful and clear. While other reviews mentioned poor service, we didn’t experience any issues—it felt like the typical service you’d find at a Vietnamese restaurant. Overall, the food and drinks were delightful, and the decor was charming.

Phi is a great restaurant conveniently located next to Hiep Thai Asian market. I had a fantastic experience getting drinks at the market and then ordering food at Phi. The food was served quickly and was incredibly delicious, easily ranking in my top three for Vietnamese cuisine. I deducted a point because the outdoor seating area was messy and the couch nook was a bit dirty. Despite that, I still enjoyed my experience at Phi and will definitely return in the future.
Bought a grill pork sticky rice, spring roll,and egg roll for togo. We planned to eat them in the car and No spoon, fork or napkin. I guessed they want us to use our hand then. There is one time i dine in and the staff only bring me food without chopstick,spoon or anything. I think they want customer self serve themselves. If this is the case. We dont need to tip them i guess. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.
Being a frequent traveler, I always love discovering great boba tea, and Phi Coffee Tea definitely delivers! Their top seller, Thai green tea, is a must-try with its perfect combination of creamy, sweet, and flavorful notes. I also recommend trying the bánh tráng trộn, a delicious rice paper salad bursting with zesty flavors. Happy sipping!
What a fun place to visit! The Viet coffee was delicious and they gave us the most amazing little candies. Will absolutely go again. The atmosphere in there is so lovely. They don’t speak a lot of English but are the kindest people! A fun place to be a little adventurous with food and drink!

Unfortunately, the Pho was too salty and had an old taste. We visited on a Friday night. However, the Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious. I recommend asking for the pear tea to be half sweet, as it was quite sugary.
Avocado smoothie is AMAZING!! I love the vibe it’s so pretty!
