If you can manage to get in here and have a barista prepare you a pourover and serve it in one of their groovy Le Creuset mugs, you win. End of story. <br/ <br/ One of the tastiest cups of coffee I have had ever, and I make their product at home and at work regularly. <br/ <br/ The granite counters here are stunning, for lack of a better word. Absolutely beautiful.<br/ <br/ These guys are, like good engineers, pushing the boundaries of high standards at every step. And it shows. And I appreciate it.

Staff very rude. No visible signage to go to back end of store if only ordering beverage.When i arrived at counter, only one in line, female barrista completely ignored me.Waited 8 minutes to be served. None of the barrista acknowledged me, no explanation for not serving me.I like to support local but i will not be returning. Take my business elsewhere.Barb B

P&S is the gold standard for coffee in North America, and their Simmons Building location is a gem. Espresso based drinks are as peerless as ever- there is none better in Canada, but I also love the creative coffee-based 'cocktails ' they serve here. Coming during quieter periods is really the best way to experience Simmons, so shoot for, say, 11:30am.

My wife and I had breakfast here for three days. The food was excellent, with a special touch added to each dish we ordered that was both beautiful and unique. The coffee, which is not my usual choice, was also excellent. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the older décor of the place.

I really love this Phil Sebastian cafe by the river! My sister and I visited for an afternoon coffee and it was fantastic. We both had single shot lattes that were just perfect. The interior is lovely and the river path is a great spot for a summer stroll.

The restaurant is situated in a historic old Simmons building. The baristas were friendly and made excellent coffee. There are a few tables inside for seating. It can get quite crowded on the weekends.

The atmosphere at this establishment is fantastic, and it is connected to a bakery and restaurant. It is a trendy spot where you can meet up with friends or get some work done while enjoying a latte.

The espresso is amazing and the coffee is excellent. The atmosphere is enjoyable. This is a wonderful spot to spend a few hours working, people-watching, and sipping on some delicious coffee.

We really enjoy this location. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the coffee is great, and the interior/building is interesting.They also have some merchandise and beans for sale.

P&S is situated in a stylish building in the East Village, formerly known as the Simmons building. The coffee is satisfying for those who consider themselves coffee connoisseurs.
