Coffee great, Hot Chocolate in the words of my 7 year old, nasty When we took it back to let them know how nasty it was, the cheeky fellow behind the counter basically said this is the way its supposed to be. Nasty bitter to the bone hot chocolate that needed 5 tablespoons of sugar to make it somewhat sippable, Despite that we ended up throwing it out anyways. Would've been nice to have been offered something else. Atmosphere really cool, we must've just caught them on an off day. Coffee was too good to not go back though.

A bit out of the way but it's great to have good coffee in an area of the city that used to be a coffee wasteland. Expect to have a few people in line when you arrive. Service isn't incredibly fast but, in my experience, they are friendly and the coffee is consistently good. I find their espresso is a bit on the tart side but not so much as to make me pucker. Great building with history and beautiful brick walls. Seating for about 30 at tables of 6. Could get up to 8 at a table for a meeting.

Staff very rude. No visible signage to go to back end of store if only ordering beverage. When i arrived at counter, only one in line, female barrista completely ignored me.Waited 8 minutes to be served. None of the barrista acknowledged me, no explanation for not serving me.I like to support local but i will not be returning. Take my business elsewhere.Barb B

My wife and I had breakfast here for three days. The food was excellent, with a special touch added to each dish we ordered that was both beautiful and unique. The coffee, which is not my usual choice, was also excellent. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the older décor of the place. Réservez une table maintenant

I really love this Phil Sebastian cafe by the river! My sister and I visited for an afternoon coffee and it was fantastic. We both had single shot lattes that were just perfect. The interior is lovely and the river path is a great spot for a summer stroll.

The restaurant is situated in a historic old Simmons building. The baristas were friendly and made excellent coffee. There are a few tables inside for seating. It can get quite crowded on the weekends.
