I have to give this place a two-star rating. I tried to call in my order, but the person on the phone was extremely rude. So, I decided to go in person. I asked a simple question about the size of the large portion, and she responded by saying she didn’t know, and did so in a very rude tone. Wow, what great customer service! I won’t be returning, as customer service is crucial. On the bright side, the food was good, no doubt about that.
The best meat I've ever had in Philly, but unfortunately, the cheese was the absolute worst. It left a strange aftertaste, and honestly, it was difficult for me to finish the meal. Considering the high price, I have to rate it one star. Sorry!
I came here for the first time, and it was delicious! I had the large Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and some egg rolls. The owners are nice people, too. I also had a beer while I waited. It was cold and delicious!
