I had a bad experience the first time I came here, but decided to give it another try because I REALLY wanted a soft pretzel. I'm so happy i did because the pretzels are amazing and the person working today was so awesome, very upbeat and friendly. Makes you want to keep coming back just for the service.

Everyone that works here is so incredibly nice. There was a problem with my order but the nice man behind the counter was so helpful and kind. The pretzels are so fresh and very tasty.

We ordered 100 pretzel nuggets. I got there earlier then they anticipated, and they pulled my order together. Great pretzels! Great service

I asked for a paper receipt and stressed it 3 times but never got one . It was very imperative that I received a paper receipt
