I received the wrong dish and when I brought it to their attention, they did nothing to resolve the issue. It felt like they were too lazy to correct their mistake. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

"I have a sister who lives in the UK and I visit her often. I love the food there and miss it when I'm away. The fish and chip shop reminds me of my family in the UK. I have tried and enjoyed everything on the menu, but their fish and chips and bangers and mash are the best. It's a must-visit for anyone on this side of the pond."
