I am disappointed in my recent experience at this restaurant. Despite liking the place, I had a terrible customer service experience from the delivery to my order of wings. I ordered two dozen wings, but they gave me all drumsticks and the order was cold. When I complained to the lady, who I assume is the manager, she offered to have the order picked up and re-delivered. I was taken aback by the suggestion that I should wait another two hours to eat. This was a clear example of bad customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Great place. Huge sandwich with a lot of meat!!!! we got the 16-inch cheesesteak. I would have liked more cheese since they give you so much meat. but overall, it's really good. Customer Service exceptional. They were so nice and helpful. I'm from Texas so was asking a lot of questions. Inside was clean including bathroom. they have a lot of great stuff on the menu. worth giving them a try.
Ordered a SW cheese steak breaded mushrooms as take out. Had to wait a few minutes for the mushrooms; cool I thought they'll be hot. Start on them as I drove away... cold they were. Got into the cheese steak.... seriously they forgot the cheese. Come on folks, uhm cheese steak cheese steak.
Hair in my burger I quit literally regurgitated my meal, you guys sounded like you were in a rush on the phone but this I a big health code violation. I’ve been in the lobby before and you guys do not wear hair nets………..

Ordered 120$ worth of food. two larg strombolis were still raw, chicken parm hoagie was burnt, mozzarella sticks were hard and the cheese wasn't melted. never had a problem in the last 20+ years until now.
Great cheesesteaks! Great home made chips! Great people! They were quick to set up space for my dad’s wheelchair and quick to serve us up for a quick lunch while passing through town real QUICK!
The staff at this restaurant were the friendliest people I have met from Florida to Philadelphia. We absolutely loved the food and can't wait to come back again when we are in the area.
It's been a few years since I moved away. I was back in town for work and the only thing I wanted was a monster cheese steak. Did not disappoint. Huge and satisfying

I enjoy speaking to the server's. The people are very nice do a great job. The food is top quality. Very well prepared. I do enjoy every part of the experience.
Food took 2 hours asked would it be hot was told yes fries and hot wings cold NOT DOING THAT AGAIN
