I came to Philz Coffee for the first time today. I’ve been meaning to try it and was in the area so I stopped by. Sadly, they don’t have any Matcha . I’m not a huge coffee person but I got the Gingersnap iced coffee with almond milk and medium sweet. I appreciated the time the employee took to explain to me how things work there and how they prepare their drinks. He gave me two suggestions but I went with the gingersnap. The barista was also very nice when he called my name he asked me to taste it to make sure it was up to my standard which I was surprised at. That’s a very nice touch to the experience. Every time I visit California, I have to stop in for a drink at Philz Coffee. I was first introduced to the Iced Mocha Tesora, and it has become my go-to beverage. It's definitely my favorite! Yesterday, I decided to try the iced mint mojito after hearing some recommendations, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was, especially since I'm not usually a fan of mint. I really wish we had Philz Coffee up in Canada, but it looks like I'll just have to keep returning to California for their amazing drinks.
