Incredible discovery!! Small village café, very well maintained, authentic with fresh, local and elaborate cuisine. A symphony of scents, tastes and colors without a false note from start to finish. Smiling and warm welcome, fast and professional service. Possibility of having an aperitif on the terrace in the shade of the plane trees and eating in the dining room afterwards. Congratulations to the chef for the wild shrimp on strawberry risotto....amazing in its originality and so tasty! Thanks to the waitress for her kindness and good wine advice from the surrounding areas. I recommend Café Fontaine in Soral, as beautiful as it is good!
I was absolutely enchanted by the revisited version of the shepherd's pie, offered with a generous garnish of pulled duck, complemented by a piece of deliciously grilled liver as a finishing touch. A real treat for the taste buds that brilliantly combines tradition and innovation. My sincere congratulations to the chef for this remarkable culinary creation and for his exceptional talent. An unforgettable taste experience that I highly recommend to all lovers of refined cuisine.
