this is a very nice pho in cambridge, I was at other places and this is really nice. we had to wait when we did not pre-book and it was very busy at lunchtime, but overall not long wait and once we were inside and ordered eating came very fast. I would recommend booking online in advance if they want to have a certain time they want to visit as they get busier in the evening. Eating was really good and much spicy and extras on the side to add to their dish if they want. we had the beef-Belgium start/side, and main dishes huhn ph aliphatic and the beef bún. As usual the food here is consistent and delicious. A really good menu selection to choose from. My freinds and I visited Cambridge for the day for a catch up and decided without fail that Phos was where we would eat. Never a dissapointing meal here and the staff are so friendly and polite, the manager Matt was very professional and runs a great team highly trained in serving and customer serving. I genuinley can not fault this Pho and I personally thank Matt and his team for great service, without there care we would never had enjoyed our evening as much as we did. We order frequently on this restaurant from Deliveroo, but we decided to go to the actual restaurant this weekend and we were not disappointed. The kids menu has multiple options and not just the usual Mac and cheese , the egg rice was delicious as well as the noodles. The meat balls with lemongrass were a good starter specially with peanut sauce. The pho was awesome, but my wife would love to have an Extra large soup in the menu. However everything was delicious, the place was clean and although it was busy the wait time was not too bad.
Amazing place for allergies. More than most items on the menu are gluten free, and those that are not are indicated with an asterisk. The staff are really helpful with detour requirements and as I am also allergic to gluten and a veggie, there is so much to offer me on both starters and mains. Some options for desert but not a crazy amount for myself with my strict diet, but more choices than just sorbet.

I’ve been to Pho Cambridge too many times to count and each time, the staff have been very knowledgable about Coeliac Disease and cross-contamination. Nearly all of the menu items are gluten-free. The food has always been fresh and delicious. It’s a fantastic choice for eating in (a great central location near the market square) and for delivery!
Amazing gluten free menu! Only two items on the menu aren’t gluten free and the service is excellent : there very allergy safe and don’t make you feel like a nuisance at all. I would definitely recommend going if your local or I’m the area
