Nous avons été servis très rapidement et nous avons commandé aujourd'hui le com Tam Bi Soun Cha (Côtelette de porc avec du riz et d'autres choses)
Le goût du plat était standard. Aurait préféré que la côtelette de porc ait été grillée plutôt que panée. Un problème que j'avais eu était qu'il n'y avait pas de soupe qui a été fourni avec le plat qui semble être un agrafe avec ce plat autour de Cabramatta. de

Decided to give Pho 54 a go today for some lunch. Upon entrance, the room isn't spectacular or modern. Decor is quite dated which I would expect as this restaurant has been around for a long time.
We were served very quickly and today ordered the Com tam bi soun cha (pork chop with rice and other things)
The taste of the dish was standard. Would have preferred the pork chop to have been grilled rather than pan fried. One problem I had was there was no soup provided with the dish which seems to be a staple with this dish around cabramatta.
Overall, decent food.
The menu items aren't super descriptive and if you aren't familiar with Vietnamese food you may be a little lost but knowing what Pho was helped and we picked a random item under the Pho menu. Its served with a side of sliced chillis, chilli paste, sprouts and lemon. The service was really fast and the food was good despite the random picking. The resturant is anything fancy but if you are after some good cheap Pho, try this place!

Over 3 decades and still going strong, same owners. The owners have opted to stay at their 10 table location under the Cabra gate, going for longevity rather than a quick buck. It's pho, pho, pho in different combos. The broth is sweet and you get to chose fresh or lightly blanched sprouts. It's a great bowl, it's just easy to miss this place amongst the General Cabra buzz.

One of the few pho in Cabramatta I go to on a regular basis, Pho54 broth has an intense meat flavour, their soup is darker than most but it very flavourful.I usually order brisket and raw beef (Pho tai nam) their soup isn't sweet as others but it packs a punch on meaty flavours. They do add a little of MSG but as an Asian I cant tell or feel it!

This place have one of best Pho in Sydney. Small restaurant in Cabramatta but most of the time busy. You also can order other food. This place close for few time a year so staff could enjoy holiday. So better plan for other option if they not open
This is the place for Pho, all kinds of Pho from regular beef pho to pho with a combination of tribes and tendons. Beware the space is small and crowded so we usually have to share the table. Super fast service. Average setting. Reasonably priced.
Yum! One of the best places to get pho. It's a small restaurant and it's nothing too fancy but the pho is delicious! The food comes out fast every time! Don't expect too much from the service but that's how most places are around Cabramatta.

My favourite pho shop in this country. The only problem is the quantity. Always felt missing a bit to reach top satisfaction. Menu is small but there is really only 1 item worth going for every time.
Simple and very fast. $10 for a yummy huge bowl of Pho. It can be crowded but they make room. It's not the best in the world but it's filling, cheap and cheerful :)
