By drive thru 9/20/2022 at 12 o'clock. We have a sandwich, fried rice and Pho. If we give up the order for fried rice, we asked for chicken and beef, as we usually do in this place. The guy at the car thru said her roasted rice is with pork, sausage and I don't know what else. I told him, okay, so do it with chicken and beef. I said, okay, I still want it with only chicken and beef? The interaction was just strange and I almost felt like he meant that they could do it with only chicken and beef, although I always ordered it in this place. Could he? What? That? ll be extra for chicken and beef?, and called it a day. Then I ordered my Pho. I said I just wanted Steak. I come to a nearby park where my family would eat, open my food and see that she? ve gave me Rohsteak. The blood was on some of my rice noodles as they were served in the same polystyrene plate. Immediately I was robbed, but the broth served in a separate container was still very hot, so I hoped that the broth would cook the meat enough to make it (for me) and that it would get the nastiness of the blood from the rice noodles. The broth cooked something, but not my pleasure. I was really robbed at this point and didn't want to eat raw meat. I didn't end with some of my rice noodles either, because I didn't have the raw meat blood that had driped on them. I'm going back to the restaurant? the meat and the noodles were already in the broth BUT I had literally eaten nothing of it so that the container was still full. While I was there, I saw the person who helped me use their microwave, but I didn't think much of it, nor did I think he used it for my food. I get my food back, go home to eat it and realize that they literally only my container of broth that already had the meat and noodles in it, into the microwave in the hope that the reheated broth would cook the meat more. They also gave me the same styrofoam that had the leaky meat blood, so I was not able to use these noodles yet. GROSS. That was my family?s go-to-out restaurant for a while, but if that's how they are with complaints then we? ll definitely take our business elsewhere. Unprofessional and zero customer service skills.
Tryed this place 2x. The first time was about Uber Eats and 2 times in person. Uber Eats: I personally hate ordering Pho, but I had no choice since I was really sick. To my surprise it tasted good for the takeout. I ordered Pho Tai Gau (rare steak and brisket) regular size, the Charbroiled Lemon Grass Beef Fresh Spring Rolls and Charbroiled Chicken Spring Rolls. The order on Uber Ess was a little annoying as it forced me to choose a supplement (extra noodles/soup/meat) and I didn't want, but I really wanted Pho. It was an unnecessary forced charge without it, but I sucked it up. The Pho was a solid 3/5 for the recess, so I was excited to try it personally when I felt better. My partner liked the cattle rolls, but he didn't like the chicken rolls. Diving: I finally felt better, so I went personally to try it. This time I ordered the Pho Ca Dao Special (big size) and Charbroiled Pork Spring Rolls. Wow. I was thinking. It was so good! If you like authentic Pho, that is it (in my opinion). I didn't feel thirsty or got a headache after eating, which leads me not to use MSG or use too much salt. Beautiful size part, I will probably order a regular size next time... The reels were also really good, one order comes with two reels, so it is interchangeable. Cleanliness 4/5. Eat 5/5. Service 5/5. Saw me right away. I took my order. I got my food in decent timing, let me enjoy my food and didn't push me. This is one thing that bothers me to get my tab before I eat, and good thing that she doesn't cuz I ordered to take some more roles to my partner home. Bonus: They close at 9 a.m. and they are in a place with a parking space.
