My family and I have been coming to Pho Dat for some time now, and I honestly can't imagine my life without their pho. The broth is incredible, the toppings are plentiful (we usually order extra and split them into two meals), and it's just delicious. Pho is one of those foods that people have their own favorite spot for, but the broth here is some of the best I've ever had, even compared to other places in Houston's Vietnamese quarter. I crave their pho when I'm sick, sad, happy, or bored - it's my ultimate comfort food. We always order the pho and can't vouch for other items on the menu, but it's truly irreplaceable. My daughter and I went to this restaurant for a birthday lunch. Our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh! The chicken wings and Eye of round Beef Pho were both delicious. They offer a variety of gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions. The service was great and we dined in for lunch. The price per person was between $10 and $20.
I had spring rolls and a small bowl of Pho with flank. It was DEEEEELISH! A very great lunch. The young man working the dining area and register was very polite. The food was a perfect 5 out of 5, as was the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the House Special Egg Rolls, Shrimp Spring Rolls, and the 61 Combination Vermicelli Bowl.
